This hotel is in a fantastic location for a ski holiday, being only a short distance away from the ski lifts, ski slopes and the Nasserein bahn. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchens for making your own meals. the sauna is a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. the breakfast is varied and delicious, with plenty of hot food options.
The hotel could improve on its cleaning products, as guests had to ask for some basic cleaning supplies and were charged an additional fee for end-cleaning, which is usually included in the price at other places.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided, including the sauna area and ski depots near the ski lifts. The breakfast menu was diverse, especially with the option of hot food like bacon and eggs. The staff were friendly and always available to provide useful information about transportation and nearby restaurants. The hotel's location made it easy to access the Nasserein bahn, with free buses running every 15 minutes right next to the bus stop.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The breakfast was decent and the sauna area was relaxing. The location was convenient since it was close to the ski slopes and restaurants. We also appreciated the free shuttle that took us to the ski lifts.
Our room was not cleaned properly and we had to ask for basic supplies such as soap and dishwashing detergent. We also found the end cleaning charge to be a bit steep since it should have been included in the overall price.
